Rotating Roller Design

We can provide two specially designed flat die pellet mills for you. The first model consists of rotating rollers and a stationary die - that is our rotating roller small pellet mill. The second model consists of  stationary roller  with a rotating roller. The rotating roller design of fixed die can make the die’s service life greater—2,000 hours—than the formerly mentioned model. Besides, it is capable of producing long wood pellets, including those over 3 cm in length.

A newly designed fixed die type pellet press, the rotating roller small pellet mill is specialized in the production of industrial biomass fuel. It is able to make pellets from diverse wood materials such as sawdust, straw, chaff, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, bagasse and alfalfa.

Special Features

Made by high quality alloy steel: our gears are made of high quality case-hardened nitrogen-alloyed steel. It not only imparts the durability, but also strengthens the efficiency, reduces noise, increases the machine's weight/force bearing capacity and lowers the temperatures in the gear box.
Better durability: the main shaft is designed to endure heavy loads and bear strong axial forces, thus the durability is increased.
Better rollers: utilizes large-diameter roller to increase the pelletization rate, pellet uniformity and pellet strength.
Longer service life: rollers and dies are constructed with a wear-resistant surface. Besides, both sides of the die can be used, thus its usable life is lengthened.
Dust-proof bearing: all bearings are sealed to prevent the accumulation of dust.
