Rotating Roller Design:

We have two models of small pellet mills, Both are flat die. The first type,  ZLSP D has stationary rollers and a rotating die, while another of our ZLSP R-type models use the more conventional fixed die. The fixed die, rotating roller design is advantageous in that its service life is greater—2,000 hours—than the formerly mentioned model and that it is capable of producing longer wood pellets, including those over 3 cm in length.

1. Applications:

1.1 Scope of application
Model ZLSP R-type series small pellet mills, a newly designed fixed die type pellet press, is specialized for the production of industrial biomass fuel. It is capable of producing pellets out of diverse materials such as sawdust, straw, chaff, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, bagasse and alfalfa.

1. Our gears are made with high quality case-hardened nitrogen-alloyed steel. This not only imparts durability, but also increases efficiency, reduces noise, increases the machine's weight/force bearing capacity and reduces temperatures in the gear box.
2. The main shaft is designed to endure heavy loads and bear strong axial forces, thus increasing durability.
3. Utilizes large-diameter roller to increase the pelletization rate, pellet uniformity and pellet strength.
4. Rollers and die constructed with a wear-resistant surface; also, both sides of the die can be used, thus extending its usable life.
5. All bearings are sealed to prevent the accumulation of dust.
6. Users able to choose to make pellets from 6-12 mm in diameter.
