Working Principle
The design concept of rotating roller flat die pellet mill has a rotating roller with a stationary die. When the pellet mill start to work, the die is stationary while the rollers are rotating. The great force between rollers and die will press raw materials into wood pellets. There are two strong points for rotating roller pellet mill. For one hand,  the rotating roller design prolong the service life of pellet mill, which is about 2000 hours. For another hand, the wood pellet quality and length are much smoother and longer.
